The Treaty Council Worldwide is experienced in managing Indigenous lands. We aim to help Clans and Nations gain economic wealth and independence on their ancestral territories and within their communities. Our clear, step-by-step approach promotes sustainable economic development while preserving the cultural heritage and integrity of the land.

We work closely with Indigenous Clans and Nations, respecting their customs, traditions, and specific needs. We tailor our methods to fit each community’s unique situation, ensuring our strategies are effective and culturally appropriate.

The Treaty Council Worldwide has built a powerful client base and has an organised database to support Clans and Nations in their economic development efforts. Our resources include tools and expertise in sustainable land use, resource management, all designed to encourage self-reliance and strong communities.

With our assistance, we create pathways for economic success that honour and incorporate the traditional values and lifestyles of Indigenous peoples. By focusing on collaboration and cultural sensitivity, we aim to help Indigenous communities thrive while preserving their heritage and protecting their lands for future generations.

Integrity and Compliance Team

The team responsible for Integrity and Compliance within the Treaty Council defines integrity as a dedication to five core principles: truthfulness, reliability, impartiality, esteem, and accountability. We believe these five values, plus the courage to act on them even in the face of adversity, are truly foundational to the Treaty Council. While enforcement guidelines may differ globally in terms of length, style, and wording, almost all address a set of critical issues that the Treaty Council's Integrity and Compliance team categorises into five crucial components: leadership, risk assessment, standards and controls, training and communication, and oversight.
